Several couriers have disappeared including one that Max was guarding. The main connection was that they all were on the same flight and that there were three individuals that were also on each flight (a toy maker, a magician and a parachute salesman). Max is chosen to be the next courier. However, just before he is to go on the mission he and 99 finally inform the Chief of their engagement. The Chief is thrilled, but because of CONTROL policy against spies marrying he must forbid it. Will policy be changed to allow Max and 99 to marry?
